School Climate Survey Information

D38 is committed to hearing the voice of our community, and it is paramount for us to hear the voice of our students. We’re sending you this communication to inform you about a student survey, the School Climate Survey, which will be administered in our schools in the month of November. The survey will be open from Thursday, November 4 through Friday, November 19.

The survey will be administered to 3rd through 12th grade students, and opt-outs will be allowed. The goal of collecting this data is to understand the climate, perceptions and experiences of our students so we can adapt and improve as a district.

This survey was developed internally and will be carried out using a third-party vendor that meets all data privacy requirements in conjunction with Board of Education policy. No personal identifying information will be collected through this survey, and the sole purpose of utilizing this vendor is the administration of the survey.

Please also note that this district survey is in no way affiliated with the Healthy Kids Colorado Survey provided by the State of Colorado.
