Any complaints received by an employee of the school district must immediately be reported to the Director of Human Resources. The employee must not make any attempt to resolve the complaint.
ADA and Religious Accommodation: The District will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship to the District or cause a direct threat to health or safety.
