Lewis-Palmer School District 38 has adopted the Colorado Model for teacher, principal, and special service provider (Audiologist, Counselor, Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Orientation and Mobility, Psychologist, Physical Therapist, Social Worker,  and Speech Pathologist) evaluation.

However in the belief that to better connect specialized teaching positions to the Teaching Quality Standards and Elements, the District has developed in conjunction with these teaching professionals Bridge Rubrics in the areas of Dual Diagnosis, Gifted Facilitators, Instructional Coaches, Librarians, and TOSA's.
