Do I need to submit an application to receive Free or Reduced price meals?

Yes! Everyone must submit a new application for each school year if they think they qualify. Applications are available online at: My School Apps or by clicking the More than a Meal link below.

Paper applications can be found at your school site or the D38 Administration office at 146 N. Jefferson St. Monument, CO 80132
