• Check-In Checklist

• Schedule - Digital or hard copy (bring your own, please)

• Any required district forms not completed during the July Online Update (See the list to the left). The update included digital acknowledgment of the two forms below. If you are 100% certain you completed these online during the D38 IC Annual Update window, you do not need to bring hard copies. Both are required to obtain a student ID and Chromebook on Check-In Day. We ask that you do not bring in hard copies if you completed the online update as it slows our process down.
