• Schedule - Digital or hard copy

• Any required district forms not completed during the July Online Update (See the list HERE). The update included digital acknowledgment of the two forms below. If you are 100% certain you completed these online during the D38 IC Annual Update window, you do not need to bring hard copies. Both are required to obtain a student ID and Chromebook on Check-In Day.
