Dear BCES Families, 

We will be using an online scheduling tool called Sign Up Genius for Parent Teacher Conferences; this online tool is easy  to use and will allow you to choose the time that works best for you. The web address for Sign Up Genius is:  www.signupgenius.com. If you do not have a Sign Up Genius account, you can either create an account prior to signing  up for your conference time, or you can go directly to the teacher’s Sign Up schedule and the system will ask for your  information at the end. The Sign Up Genius system does not share emails or parent information. 

Conferences this fall are scheduled to be held the evening of Wednesday, October 9 (4:30pm – 7:30pm) and all day on  Thursday, October 10 (8:30am - 6:30pm). There is no school on Thursday, October 10, Friday, October 11, or Monday,  October 14. 

If you have a Sign Up Genius account, you will only need to sign up for your conference when you receive the email  invitation from your child’s teacher or support teacher. 

If you would like to meet with our Specials teachers, or School Counselor, please make note of their name in the comments  section of Sign Up Genius for your child’s homeroom teacher.

Since all of our staff does not work full time, the teachers below are available during the times listed. If you would like  one of these specialists to attend your conference, please make note of their name in the comments section of Sign Up  Genius. All other staff will be sending their own invites if they support your student’s learning.

The Sign Up Genius schedules are LIVE as of Monday, September 30 for families with siblings and Wednesday, October  2 for all families. If you need help in signing up for a conference time, please contact your child’s teacher. The staff at  Bear Creek values this time with our parents so we can touch base and share the progress your child has made in the  first few weeks of school.
