We hope the summer break is going well for everyone! We look forward to seeing everyone in August.
The BCES office is on a limited summer schedule until August 1. Office days and hours are as follows:
Monday through Thursday until June 20th and after July 16th: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Friday: Closed
SUMMER CLOSURE: June 21th through July 16, 2024
Regular hours will resume on Aug 1

EDUKIT ORDERING
Bear Creek Elementary offers the EduKit program as a convenient option for busy families to order school supplies for the 2024/2025 year. EduKits include the supplies approved by our school.
Your student’s order will be available for pick up at the Open House. Extended ordering is available June 26 through July 9 for a $12.95 additional fee and will be available for pick up at the Open House.

Important Dates
7/1-7/31: Annual Update: The D38 Annual Online Update will be open. This process is critical for all families to complete. Be on the lookout for an email from D38 with instructions.
8/13: Back to School Open House to bring supplies and meet the teacher
*Class placements will be released prior to 12:00
1:00 - New Families Meet in the Gym
2:00-3:30 - All families
8/14: First Day of School K-6/Pre-School Warm Welcome
8/19 - NO STUDENTS K-6 Assessment Day 1st-6th Grade (More information will be sent in late July)
8/19 First Day of School Pre-School
8/27 - Back to School Night 5:00-7:00 PM (more information will be sent in late July)
