I started running longer distances in college. I immediately loved it! I enjoy the mental and physical challenge of longer runs, being outside, and the ability to see improvement. I also love the fact that you can take your shoes and run anywhere in the world! :-) I feel very fortunate to coach at LPMS. We have a dedicated team of hard working, natural leaders (and really fun). We have a range of ability, and it is always fun seeing growth in all of our athletes. They support each other and continue to improve.
