I am honored to be a part of the Kilmer Elementary family in the role of Music Teacher. My passion for students and for teaching was influenced by many of the incredible teachers I had growing up, and I decided that I wanted to make the same impact on other students.
After spending the majority of my childhood years growing up in Pueblo, Colorado, I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Education from Evangel University, an Assemblies of God Liberal Arts University in Springfield, Missouri. I met my beautiful wife, Allison, during my time there. We now have two incredible daughters, and we are thrilled to be beginning this new chapter of our lives here in Colorado.
I have a variety of interests, but most notably I enjoy playing video games, tabletop/board games, playing my instruments, and spending time with my daughters. My musical background is diverse, including singing as well as playing cello, guitar, and piano.
